1. BechBhai's marketplace role
BechBhai provides technology that helps users discover listings, communicate and use marketplace tools. Unless BechBhai expressly states otherwise for a specific service, BechBhai is not the buyer, seller, owner or agent of items offered by users and does not become a party to user-to-user transactions.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials and keeping your contact information current. You must not share passwords, OTPs or other authentication secrets. Account access may be restricted where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or enforcement of these Terms.
3. Listings and seller responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for lawful, accurate and non-misleading listings, including descriptions, prices, photos, location and product details. You must have the right to offer the listed item or service. BechBhai may review, delay, reject, remove or restrict listings that appear unsafe, fraudulent, prohibited, misleading or inconsistent with marketplace rules.
4. Buying, selling and transactions
Buyers and sellers are responsible for evaluating each other, inspecting items, agreeing transaction terms and using appropriate payment precautions. BechBhai does not guarantee the identity, condition, legality, quality, availability or performance of a user or listing. Never share OTPs, PINs or banking credentials with another user.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not use BechBhai for fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam, unlawful goods or services, deceptive payment requests, malicious links, unauthorized scraping, security attacks, manipulation of platform systems or attempts to bypass moderation, verification, entitlement, package or safety controls.
6. Communications and safety
Marketplace messages and reports may be processed for delivery, abuse prevention, moderation, customer support and safety operations. Users should preserve relevant evidence when reporting suspicious activity and should stop a transaction if safety or payment circumstances appear inconsistent or coercive.
7. Packages, promotions and paid services
Paid packages, promotions, credits and other commercial services are governed by the price, currency, duration, benefits, eligibility and tax information presented at purchase. Benefits purchased for an active period follow the applicable purchase snapshot; future renewals may use the then-current price and terms. Additional refund or cancellation rules may apply.
8. Shop Khata and business tools
Shop Khata and other business utilities are record-keeping tools. Users remain responsible for the accuracy of their entries, business records, taxes, invoices, accounting decisions and legal compliance. BechBhai does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice through these tools.
9. Moderation, restriction and suspension
BechBhai may investigate reports, review activity, limit features, remove content or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary for marketplace integrity, safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance or enforcement. Where appropriate, users may receive reasons or a route to contact Support.
10. Content and intellectual property
You retain responsibility for content you submit and must have the rights needed to use it. By submitting content for marketplace operation, you permit BechBhai to host, process, display, resize, transmit and moderate that content as reasonably necessary to provide and protect the service. BechBhai branding, software and platform materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
11. Third-party services
Some BechBhai functions may rely on payment providers, authentication providers, hosting, mapping, messaging or other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply to services they provide directly.
12. Service availability and changes
BechBhai may update, improve, suspend or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and existing paid-service commitments. Temporary outages, maintenance, provider failures or security events may affect availability.
13. Responsibility and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BechBhai is not responsible for losses caused solely by user-to-user conduct, inaccurate listings, off-platform arrangements or third-party services outside BechBhai's reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. Privacy and data
Personal information is handled according to the BechBhai Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements. Safety, fraud-prevention, financial, security and deletion-control records may be handled differently where legitimate or legal retention obligations apply.
15. Changes to these Terms
When material Terms change, BechBhai should publish an updated version with a new version number and effective date. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law; additional notice or consent may be required in some jurisdictions.
16. Applicable law and mandatory rights
These Terms operate subject to applicable law in the relevant market. Mandatory consumer, privacy and other statutory rights cannot be waived where local law does not permit waiver. Country-specific terms may supplement these Terms as BechBhai expands.
