Depending on the features you use, BechBhai may process account details such as name, email, phone number, verification status and sign-in method; marketplace content such as listings, photos, prices, categories and location; communications and support messages; payment, order and invoice references; device, session, IP, security and fraud-prevention signals; business-profile and Shop Khata information; and information you voluntarily provide in support or safety reports.
2. Location information
BechBhai may use browser or device location when you actively permit it, along with manually selected country, state, district, city or locality information. Temporary marketplace browsing location can be different from a support location you explicitly confirm for customer-service routing.
3. How we use information
Information is used to operate accounts and listings, personalize marketplace discovery, enable communication, process package purchases, provide support, maintain Shop Khata and business tools, detect abuse, prevent fraud, investigate safety reports, secure sessions, enforce marketplace rules, maintain service quality and meet applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
4. Verification, moderation and fraud prevention
BechBhai may process email or phone verification records, listing content, media, account-risk signals, reports, transaction references and security events to verify users, review listings, detect suspicious activity and protect the marketplace. Automated checks may support moderation, but important enforcement workflows should remain subject to appropriate operational review.
5. Messages, support and safety reports
Marketplace conversations, support tickets and safety reports may be processed to deliver messages, resolve customer requests, investigate abuse, prevent fraud and maintain evidence. Safety evidence attachments such as screenshots, receipts or PDFs are stored privately and should only be accessible to the reporting user and authorized Trust & Safety staff.
6. Payments, billing and commercial records
Package purchases may involve order, payment-status, provider-reference, invoice, tax and refund information. BechBhai should not require users to provide full card credentials directly where a payment provider handles those details. Financial and transaction records may be retained for longer where accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute or legal requirements apply.
7. Shop Khata and business data
Shop Khata may contain business records entered by the user, such as sales, purchases, expenses, customer or supplier ledgers and related transactions. Users control the accuracy of these records. BechBhai processes them to provide the requested business functionality and related support, security and account-management services.
8. Sessions, cookies and device information
BechBhai uses session cookies or equivalent authentication tokens to keep users signed in and protect account access. Device, browser, IP, session, security-event and request information may be processed for authentication, rate limiting, abuse prevention, diagnostics and service protection.
9. Service providers and third parties
BechBhai may use third-party providers for hosting, databases, object storage, authentication, email, SMS/OTP, payments, monitoring or other infrastructure. These providers should receive only the information reasonably necessary to provide their service and may be subject to their own legal and privacy obligations.
10. When information may be shared
Information may be shared with service providers, professional advisers, regulators, courts or law-enforcement bodies where reasonably necessary to operate the service, protect users, investigate fraud, comply with law or establish or defend legal rights. BechBhai should not sell personal information to advertisers.

BechBhai aims to keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including account operation, support, safety, security, financial recordkeeping and legal compliance. Different categories may have different retention periods.
12. Account deletion
The self-service account-deletion workflow removes account-owned marketplace data described in the deletion control center. A non-readable cryptographic identity marker, deletion reference and deletion timestamp may be retained to enforce deleted-identity boundaries and prevent abuse. Some records may also be retained where required by applicable law or legitimate fraud, security, financial or dispute-handling needs.
13. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or other controls over personal information. Available rights differ by country. BechBhai may need to verify identity before acting on a privacy request.
14. International processing
As BechBhai expands, information may be processed or stored in countries other than the user's own. Where required, BechBhai should use appropriate legal, contractual and security safeguards for international processing and transfers.
15. Children and minors
BechBhai is not intended to be used in a way that violates applicable age, capacity or child-protection laws. Age requirements may differ by market. Where a jurisdiction requires parental consent or imposes restrictions for minors, those local requirements must be followed.
16. Security
BechBhai uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect accounts and data, including authenticated access, private storage for sensitive evidence, session controls, rate limiting, audit logs and operational permissions. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their credentials and devices.
17. Changes to this Privacy Policy
Material privacy changes should be published with a new version number and effective date. Additional notice or consent may be required where applicable law requires it.
